Simon G. by Groma

Simon G. / How we work together

From one conversation to decisions on your own numbers.

You tell us what you want decided better. We read your data ourselves, set Simon G. up for your activity, give a written verdict within 72 hours, and sign three dates before anything starts. There is no implementation project and no budget for it on your side.

The ladder

Four steps. You can stop after any of them.

Each step is paid for by the one before it: the diagnostic is credited to the pilot, the pilot to the first year.

Fees are said in the first conversation and written in the proposal. They depend on what you switch on and on the size of the company.

The three dates

Signed before the diagnostic starts.

An engagement without dates is a hope. These three are on paper, with a name beside each, even when the engagement is free.

Day 0

Engagement letter

Three dates, a named owner on your side, the kinds of decisions in scope, and what a no-go means. Two pages.

Day 1 · date one

We read your data

We take the exports from your systems ourselves, with your IT beside us for a few hours. You prepare nothing. No passwords, no access left behind; files only.

Day 4 · date two

Verdict in writing

Go or no-go on the data, within 72 hours. What is missing, what it would take, and whether it is worth it. A no-go is a deliverable, not a failure.

Day 21 · date three

Readout

The findings with the money at stake, one decision prepared on your real case, and our recommendation on the pilot: which decisions, which people, what to measure.

During the pilot

What happens in a week.

Every night

  • Simon G. reads the new exports and rebuilds the picture
  • It prepares the proposals for the decisions in scope, each with its evidence
  • Proposals inside the signed limits are recorded as applied; the rest wait for a signature

Every week

  • Your owner signs or rejects, with a reason, in the queue
  • Thirty minutes with us: what was proposed, what was decided, what surprised whom
  • The measured effect against the baseline, on one page, for your management

What you get at the end

  • The decision record of the whole pilot, yours to keep whatever you decide
  • The measured effect in money, against the baseline fixed on day one
  • A closing report for the board: what worked, what did not, what a year would look like

What we promise

  • Nothing is executed by software; nothing is written back to your systems
  • Your data stays on your server; we see only what you show us on a screen
  • If the pilot does not pay for itself in the measured effect, we say so first
