Budget, cash and reporting that need no second spreadsheet.

For service companies and groups that run on a budget, a cash forecast and a monthly pack: budget and scenarios by cost centre, cash thirteen weeks ahead, receivables and credit per client, and reporting the board, the auditor and the bank can read. On your own server.

The demo shows a fictional engineering-services group of three companies. This field uses the finance module as it is: there are no service-specific screens yet, and we say so.

Budget and scenarios

A budget by cost centre with the drivers written down.

Fees, headcount, rates, terms: the drivers are on screen, not in a hidden cell. Change one and see result and cash move. The freeze needs two signatures, and each month's variance is explained by driver.

  • Scenarios on fees, headcount and terms
  • Freeze under four eyes, versions kept
  • Monthly variance by cost centre, explained

Cash forecast

Thirteen weeks ahead, three scenarios, the decision marked.

Receivables placed by the date each client actually pays, not the due date. Payables, payroll and taxes on their dates. The week the overdraft would be needed is shown with the decision that avoids it.

  • Receivables by expected date, not due date
  • Payables, payroll and taxes on their dates
  • The week the overdraft is needed, if any

Receivables and credit control

Who pays late, who is over the limit, what to do this week.

Each client's payment record becomes a risk class and a limit for new work. The weekly list says which invoice to chase, which client to call, and where to stop work until a payment plan is signed.

  • Limits for new work, signed by the person you name
  • Overdue list with the action for the week
  • Payment behaviour trend per client

Reporting and investment

The monthly pack, the consolidation and the investment dossier.

Statements and notes for each company and for the group, exported in one step for the board, the auditor and the bank. An investment dossier computes return, payback and risk the same way every time, and the owner named in your charter signs it.

  • Statements and notes, consolidated across companies
  • Export for board, auditor and bank in one step
  • Investment appraisal: return, payback, risk, deterministic

What we read, so you prepare nothing

Files you already have. We take them ourselves.

  1. The booksTrial balance and ledger per company, bank statements.
  2. ClientsInvoices and payments, contracts and terms.
  3. CostsSupplier invoices, payroll totals by cost centre.
  4. The budget you haveThe spreadsheet you use today, as it is.

No implementation project on your side. We read these with your IT beside us, set Simon G. up for your activity, and it runs on your server with no internet connection. Your data is shared with no one, not even through a chatbot.

What it does not do

Plainly.

  1. It does not do timesheets or project management. It reads their totals where they exist.
  2. It does not run payroll. It reads payroll totals by cost centre.
  3. It is not an accounting system. It reads the books and never posts.
  4. It has no service-specific screens yet. This is the finance module as built for groups; we say so before any pilot.

See the demo group

Thirty days of access to the demo group, then a conversation on yours.

A fictional three-company services group, every screen live: the budget, the cash forecast, the receivables, the pack. Ask for access and we send an account within one working day, with a ten-task script that takes forty minutes.

Fees are said in the first conversation. How the pilot works.

Accounts expire after thirty days. The demo holds no real company's data.
