Privacy
We build systems where data stays the client's. This website follows the same rule: no cookies, no trackers, no resources loaded from third parties. What we process, and how, is described below, briefly and without lawyer-speak. Last updated 28 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The operator of this website is GROMA S.R.L., registered office in Timișoara, Timiș county, Romania, Strada Mircea Dimitrie Rațiu nr. 5, Camera 1, Ap. 2; Trade Registry no. J2026035922005; tax ID (CUI) 54804217. For anything concerning your data: office@gromasystems.com. A person answers, not a system.
2. No cookies
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party resources: fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from our own domain. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
3. What we process
Requests sent through the forms. When you ask for a conversation or demo access, we receive what you typed: your name, role, company, country, field, work e-mail and your message. The form sends one e-mail to office@gromasystems.com and stores nothing on the website. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship justifies it.
Correspondence. If you write to office@gromasystems.com, we process what you send us: your e-mail address, your name if you sign it, and the content of your message. Same basis and retention as above.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., generates standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) needed for operation and security, retained short-term. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Aggregate statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless system that builds no profiles, does not track visitors across sites and stores no persistent identifiers. We see totals (visits, pages, countries), not people.
4. Who we entrust it to
Two processors, both under contractual data-protection clauses: Vercel Inc. (hosting, aggregate statistics, sending of the form e-mails) and Google Ireland Ltd. (the e-mail service that receives them, Google Workspace). We do not sell, rent or pass your data to anyone else. We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
5. Demo accounts
If you receive access to a demo instance, the account carries your name and e-mail so that we can switch it off after thirty days. The demo holds no real company's data, and nothing you do in it is used for anything other than answering your questions.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Write to office@gromasystems.com and we will sort it out. If you consider we have not, you may address the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
7. Changes
If we change this page, we change the date at the top. We will not make it less protective without a reason we can explain in writing, here.
